Can I pay with Credit Card?
You can, we accept all major credit cards. All transactions are SSL secured, and our systems have built in fraud prevention.
Can I pay with Paypal?
Definitely, you can also pay securely with Paypal, whether you have an account or not. Using paypal has never been easier and just takes a few clicks!
Do you ship worldwide?
We do. We currently ship to the following continents: Europe, Americas, Oceana and Asia.
How long does shipping take?
It depends. Shipping to the UK will usually take 2-3 days but please give us 2 working days since your order has been placed for it to be shipped. Shipping days include Monday-Friday and Saturday. International shipping may take longer and we usually allow up to 2 weeks for the products to get to you, dependent on where you are in the world.
Which courier do you use?
Boardinary uses Royal Mail for all of its shipping. Utilizing its 1st Class Recorded, 1st Class and Royal Mail Airmail services.
How much does it cost?
Make sure you utilize our offers which we promote via our social media for discounts on shipping; however, we have 4 consistent standards when charging for postage –
- All orders over £25 are shipped for free (sent 1st class recorded) within the UK.
- Guaranteed before 1pm next day (if ordered before 2pm) is a flat rate of £6.
- If your keen to get your package tracked, utilise the 1st class recorded option at a flat rate of £4.
- All overseas (including EU) shipping is charged at a flat rate of £10.
Will I be charged additional costs?
Please be aware of additional import/duty tax that Royal Mail may bill you for should you order outside of the UK.
How do I return my items?

Will there be any delays to shipping?
We work as hard as possible to get every package out ASAP. If we are aware that there will be delays to shipping, then we will post this on our social media and website to ensure customers know beforehand. However, if your package is delayed due to reasons out of our control, we will contact the customer via email after the order has been placed.
